Your computers are hidden so I can't look at them to give a better answer, but in my experience with other projects, that error message occurs when a computer has returned a very large number of invalid results so it is no longer trusted by the project and is not allowed to download multiple tasks to prevent it from returning even more invalid results and possibly compromising the overall results of the project.

Once the computer starts returning valid results again, the restriction gets removed.

That was probably the reason, because I canceled about 300 workunits not yet started because of the "no credits for valid results" problem. I wasted 2 days before I became aware of it, and I didn't feel like wasting power like that anymore.
